Magento Oriented Design
Without trying to sound too geeky, we have to consider a few important points when planning the layout of an e-commerce store. You need the customer to complete the transaction from start to finish, adding value whenever possible. There is a limited opportunity to instil confidence in your customer and keep their attention focused throughout the checkout process.
Within the design of the product page alone, a simple change such as re-positioning elements to above the page fold can have significantly positive effects on average transaction value (attaching related products), ability to up-sell to another product ultimately leading to increased conversion and total revenue. Subtle layout changes have a big impact and we factor those in when producing your design.

We will not hold you to using our graphic designer; you are more than welcome to choose your own. We frequently work with other agencies, where they supply the design and we skin it – adding custom functionality as required.
When you are supplying your own design (or working with another agency to complete a design), we have a standardised list of Magento pages that we ask to be completed. This list is supplied in a PDF format (available on request) and contains a screen shot of every single unique page found on a Magento store (product view, category view, checkout etc.).
